Proposal:
Discharge of Conditions 2 (Exterior Services), 9 (Access) and 10 (Footway) on Planning Permission 18/03643/REM for the Approval of Reserved Matters (access, appearance, layout, scale and landscaping ) for phase 1 pursuant to outline planning permission 17/05765/VAR (variation of conditions attached 17/02809/OUT for the re-development of the former prison into mixed use development) to include the conversion of the former Lancasterian School into eleven residential apartments and erection of a new apartment building to provide eight apartments with parking at ground floor following demolition of the existing school garage building
