Proposal:
Approval of reserved matters (access) pursuant to outline planning permission 17/05765/VAR (Variation of conditions attached to Planning Permission 17/02809/OUT for the re-development of the former prison into mixed use development) to include approval of details of the following required to be submitted as part of the first application for reserved matters: condition 1 (phasing plan), condition 4 (perimeter wall alterations new openings and principal access), condition 8 (updated and detailed bat mitigation and enhancement scheme and method statement) and condition 9 (the provision of nesting opportunities for swifts)
