Discharge of Conditions 3 (Photo Survey), 4 (Details of Services Exterior), 5 (Details of Services Exterior) and 11 (Decorative Finishes) on Listed Building Consent 17/04498/LBC for the internal and external alterations to include replacement of windows, removal of internal partition, installation of insulated lining to external walls, replacement of canopy over external steps and erection of single storey extension to the rear of the shop following removal of existing affecting a Grade II Listed Building
